Clickonce is a .NET feature which enables user to easily install an application, and developers to update their application. After a user has installed the application, updates are automatically checked by the application and it pulls the latest version. Also, dependencies are taken care of automatically by the clickonce tool.

The pairs trading application has a dependency of WPF toolkit and unamanaged GSL library, etc. - but the user does not have to worry and can simply install the application. After installing, it will create a shortcut in Start menu with name "tradtest1". You can later remove it from the Add/remove programs if you don't need it.
